The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Audit & Compliance: Review all job files (photos, notes, and moisture readings) to ensure they meet SERVPRO corporate and insurance program standards.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor the "Work-in-Progress" (WIP) board to ensure jobs are moving through the pipeline from initial call to final invoice.
  • Estimating Support: Assist Project Managers in drafting preliminary estimates using Xactimate and proprietary SERVPRO software.
  • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for insurance adjusters, providing them with the documentation they need to approve claims.
  • Customer Service: Provide empathetic updates to homeowners and business owners during their restoration journey.
 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience 
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • proficient in xactiomate 
 
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
